How Long Does Concrete Lifting Last?

Polyurethane foam concrete lifting is considered a permanent repair. The closed-cell foam doesn't decompose, wash out, or lose volume over time, so most properly done foam jobs last the remaining life of the concrete slab itself.

The foam isn't what fails on a lifting job — the soil is. As long as the void is fully filled and there's no ongoing water problem washing fresh soil away underneath, the slab stays put. That's why we sound the slab and look at drainage during the estimate instead of just pumping foam and leaving. Fix the cause once, and the repair holds.
